Threadneedle Property Fund Managers, advised by Strutt & Parker, and Simon Williams Commercial, has sold a high office content warehouse known as Cressex One, to data centre operator Digital Realty.
Cressex One is a modern high office content production warehouse building and the purchasers are to use the property for a mixture of data centre and disaster recovery space.
Ivan Scott, Partner of Strutt & Parker’s National Markets – Industrial Agency, comments:
“This transaction underpins the improvement in the technical real estate market. These operators are once again active and should the location, power capability and building design be right, quick decisions are being made”.
CBRE acted for Digital Reality.
