AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, advised by Strutt & Parker, has secured the largest office letting in Bracknell for over a year.

The 30,000 sq ft office building known as Metier, Berkshire Court, Bracknell, has been let in its entirety to Bracknell Forest Homes, on a 20 year lease, at a rent of £21 per sq ft. The second floor, totalling 9,016 sq ft, will be sublet by the tenant. The building, which underwent a comprehensive refurbishment only six months ago, will form the non profit housing association’s new headquarters from which they will manage Bracknell Forest Borough Council’s 5,600 housing stock.

Strutt & Parker and Jones Lang LaSalle advised the Landlord AXA REIM whilst Fryer Holt advised the tenant Bracknell Forest Homes.
