Two opportunities exist for qualified or recently-qualified planners to benefit from access to an established and varied client base and to build a reputation for innovation, supported by an experienced team of development surveyors. An ability to draw upon a thorough knowledge of the planning system and apply it incisively in a commercial context is a key skill when working within the development process. You will be able to deal with both major strategic development projects and separately, development control work. Salary commensurate with experience.
