Morley Pooled Pension Fund, advised by Strutt & Parker LLP, has sold the freehold interest of Visio House, 64-74 East Street, Epsom, to IM Properties Finance Ltd, for £4.34 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.5%.

The 16,454 sq ft office building, arranged over four floors, generates a rental income of £344,500 per annum and is let to EMB Consultancy LLP, on a lease expiring in 2014.
